  • It's been over a year since Brian G.'s review went up, and I'm happy to say that everything he reported was true. Mountain Valley Plumbing is family owned and operated, from the minute you call in and talk to Connie (a wonderfully kind and informed lady) to when her husband and son show up to do the work. My husband was there when they came to do the work, and he reported that everything Connie had estimated (work, cost, time) was spot on. They are incredibly reasonable in rate, and just as Brian said, they tell you how to prevent the problem from happening again. (Who knew "flushable feminine hygiene products" shouldn't be flushed??) For that, I'd have them come out to do any work that we needed done. Oh, and we got a thank you note as well. They have over 100 reviews on kudzu, all repeating exactly what I just said here. I highly recommend their service.
