  • I have been holding off on placing my review for quite some time because I was hoping and waiting for the opportunity to leave a raving review; unfortunately I just can't do that. Why Dunkin? Why? I will admit I am comparing you to East Coast Dunkin. New England Dunkin is the best of the best and you fall way short. My husband and I moved to AZ in Spetember of 2016 and loved that there was a Dunkin not too far. We are here almost daily!! It's super sad that almost daily we have an issue. Most of the time we simply brush it off, however it's getting a bit ridiculous now. Come on team get it together. When someone orders a SHOT of flavor STOP GIVING SWIRLS!!!! There's a huge difference and it's a royal pain when we have to circle back to have our coffee remade! Why is it so hard? 9 out of 10 times this is screwed up. Yes, 9 out of 10. What sucks is we deal with it because I hate starbucks!! Dunkin we are super disappointed in you. I even gave you all a fantastic review to your Marketing Manager Lou when I met him a few weeks back. I couldn't bare telling him how terrible it really is. Please get it together!! Your only saving grace is Adriana!! Take note from her. She is awesome and gets it right EVERY TIME!!
