  • Got a flat tire in front of the store. Walked my bike in and requested a repair. The owner was sitting on the counter having a conversation, obviously not working. When he acknowledged me, he was very rude and told me I could drop my bike off and come back later, refusing to do a quick repair so I could be on my way. Every bike shop I've ever been to will always address a flat tire on the spot. I also needed a new bike pump. The owner would not allow me to test it out before buying again giving me a very rude response. On the plus side, I just saved a load of money on my car insurance and got a great workout running my bike home.
