I've been to this Gamestop a few times over the past couple of years. I've always had decent service there. I see the older reviews aren't so positive. I've either gotten different service, or they've changed things around. None the less...
I was shopping for an XBox One S for Christmas. They were very helpful, letting me know I could buy a bundle and exchange the physical game for something less violent (my kids are younger). I thought that was pretty cool. I ended up buying from Microsoft (they included a free game and different bundles). In the end, I regretted that decision, as Gamestop ended up also offering a free controller. My point - give these guys a chance as they offer some pretty good deals. They know their stuff - we talked about the various games, differences between them, etc. I bought some other stuff there, so they made some money on me. In the future, I'll be more likely to buy from these guys.
A few years back, we did buy our Wii U from them - they often have things in stock when big box stores do not. Seems backwards, but that's my experience. The used games could be better priced - saving $5 because someone else played it isn't a great deal.
