  • They are all up in your face to sell you something. Make promises and commitments while a new member and wanting to sell you more PT. They overbook personal training, promised to reschedule then they don't. Then when you reschedule, they overbook and bump you again then you will never hear back again until you cancel and they don't get the money. Then they call everyday! Horrible customer service. Not a clean gym. No follow up! Not worth the money.
