  • Run a way ! I Have to say they are the laziest group I had ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They do little to nothing to care for the property they're responsible for. It would appear molasses is faster to work with. And they are very unprofessional at Vizacaya they are so so bad. I can only hope that one day if this company stays ,they fire who is here now and brings in people that have a clue what customer service is as well as knowing how to manage ,which this company in my experience does not. They do nothing to fix the problems in the units unless you fight them tooth and nail and then the jobs are half ass. I'm not sure if the owners have a clue how bad they are. But the word "slumlord" comes to mind.
