For providing medical supplies they are okay. I find their gauze over-priced and if you're an individual that requires a steady supply of gauze, bandages, antiseptic wipes and whatnot this isn't the place to go - you're better off going to Starkman's at Bathurt & Davenport or a hospital pharmacy. Guardian is good in a pinch though.
The pharmaceutical dispensing is quite good, on the other hand. I have had prescriptions for oxy filled there. Most pharmacies have signs in their windows that they either do not dispense oxy or they require time to order it in as they do not keep it in stock. Guardian at 152 Carlton carries the stuff, which is a godsend.
The place does have a bit of a sketchy feel to it. Every morning there's usually a line-up of individuals waiting to get in for their methadone shots, so the characters who grace this establishment are not the finest examples of clean living.
So as another poster stated, it feels more like a general store. It's part questionable medical supply store, pharmacy, postal outlet, and methadone clinic.
