  • If I could give 0 stars I could! My daughter had her iPhone taken to be repaired. After spending $85 for repair they broke something else on phone. My daughter called twice before she could get anyone to speak with her regarding this. The technician said for her to bring in anytime and he would fix it. So tonight she Ubered from UNLV to the Meadows Mall for it to be repaired. After getting here the lady (says her and husband are the "new" owners) said the technician was not in today. She does not do any repairs (guess she turned away business all day) and absolutely refused to give a refund so my daughter can go somewhere else to get repaired. Not only that but she was very rude to my daughter (causing her to cry and call me to come down). Terrible customer service. Will NEVER recommend this shop
