  • I've been coming here for years since I live in the nearby location. Yet the last time I was here I needed to renew my drivers license to the new Government license. This location like the many lack in courtesy, respect, and customer service. What's funny is that no common sense with the Department, there should be separate lines for renewing a license and all other DMV needs, but nope you get to wait in one long line for up to or over an hour. Then after waiting in the first service line, they give you a ticket for whatever you may need to get done and guess what more waiting. I waited just for a license renewal for over 3 hours. Very pathetic office and I even asked if I ever moved or needed to update or change a portion of my license can I do it online and I was informed no. So, you can't change anything online except for certain things, but after waiting for over 3 hours and I get to see the rep, wow they think they can walk on people depending on the person they are all not like this, but it is amazing how you can wait and all you do is show respect even after the long wait and they still have this attitude problem.
