  • Ok, ok, ok. I am not a huge fan of barbeque places so I didn't want to come here in the first place. But, this place makes me want to become a regular. Their appearance is minimalistic but spotless. So clean & open. The employees were so nice & I loved his cowboy hat. I ate brisket & my husband ate pulled pork. We couldn't decide on the side so we both all 3. I expected not to like something but i can't say that. The brisket was moist & flavorful. The texture was perfect. His pork (i stole a bite for review purposes lol) was juicy & fell apart. It was savory. I liked that they serve the bbq sauce on the side bc I don't like my stuff drowned. The sides were: cheesy potatoes, coleslaw & beans. Each were very good. The coleslaw was less sweet than I'm used to be still very enjoyable with that extra kick from the black pepper. Cheesy potatoes were yummy like a casserole you'd make at home. Those beans were ranch style recipe. Not sugary sweet baked bean. Not bad at all :) Will be back with friends. This town needs more places like this. They made me a fan of barbeque places. Well done!
