  • I made the decision to have permanent eyeliner placed a few months ago, and through a recommendation from fellow Yelper/friend Audrey D. I found Permanent Makeup by Lisa! I'm so glad that I did! Lisa is very communicative, and very clear with expectations, health and safety requirements, and a boatload of enthusiasm! Lisa seems genuinely excited about every aspect of her profession and her clients. She is very reassuring, which is important- she IS about to "tattoo" my eyelids! During the consultation Lisa explained what the procedure (permanent upper lid eyeliner) entailed, the results that I could reasonably expect, the timeline for healing, and the materials that I would need. Lisa also provided me with a printed sheet detailing aftercare instructions and a kit with all the products I would need! Lisa answered all of my questions promptly and professionally, including a middle-of-the-evening question I sent to her via a text message! I had my initial placement in May and a touch-up appointment about 8 weeks later(always recommended). I have received tons of compliments and I'm very happy with the result. I would (and have) recommended Lisa to any of my friends that are considering permanent makeup application. I'm planning on having my brows done in the future and Lisa is the first person I will look to!
