Trust me: GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!
We were residents of Summerlin and customers for two years before we moved to the east side of town. We kept the mail box open for six months after we moved just because the manager said she couldn't be bothered to forward any mail unless she wasn't too busy. Yes, she really said that but promised to do "return to sender" on mail received for us. Why this is being written now is because we just learned many months ago my wife was mailed a medical notification to this UPS store. We suspect not only did they refuse to take the time and thoughtfulness to return it to the sender, but it apparently went into the trash like many of our Christmas cards and other correspondence did. I'm really sorry I have to give them one star because it greatly exceeds what they deserve. You can do a lot better than these guys and if you have to use a UPS store try the one by Trader Joe's at the Downtown Summerlin Mall near the Red Rock.
Customer Service are words they understand.
