Read some of my others: I only deign to waste my royal and highly valuable time writing two kinds of review: one-star warnings and five-star endorsements - this is the latter.
I observed five other service advisors, equally as competent as Colton Longmire, the guy that efficiently communicated policies and kept me updated: a peripheral non requested repair found during my scheduled service and covered under warranty that was quickly fixed. This is what service is, and my expectation: competent repair, efficient communication, appearances and actions that meet assumptions. Kudos to your team.
