This is a warning to anyone wanting to go that is over the age of 10!! Or doesent have kids! Don't do it!! This place is 100% for young children. I read all the reviews from other adults and that's what got us to drive an hour up here, so if your an adult without children in tow, listen to my advice. We were done in 10 minutes after looking at everything available. Not really a science center at all. More like go and let your kids touch stuff and run around without them learning anything. I work at a college that has a better exhibit for actual learning than this. Being a biology student I was excited to come see what they had to offer...which for almost 20$ a person not including parking was terribly disappointing. Seems more like a tourist trap. I'm guessing this is great for parents but if you are looking for a fun "science" thing to do like we were (two adult science majors) do not waste your time and money. I've been to other science centers and museums and this one was by far the worst. No staff to point out things, answer questions or ask them, or anyone at all really. Just two women telling us we couldn't go downstairs and one guy helping some kids build things in another room. Two very very small floors of little things to touch and look at and that's it. There is a playground and a crazy overprice "theater" and such but again, this needs to be renamed the children's science center. Funnest part was the gift shop.
