  • Awful, awful customer service. Have been trying to get an issue resolved for over 9 months. Even went in and talked to a manager who said "I want to earn your business back, I will resolve this", haven't heard back from her for over a month. Countless phone calls and nobody will take responsibility. Worst business bank ever.
