  • Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville was a great dealership! The salesmen were always nice and not pushy at all as my wife had been looking for a Infiniti M35 sedan for a while. We had gone to Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville several times to test drive and look at M35s. Once my wife decided that she wanted a Infiniti EX35 SUV instead we went back to Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville to look at a new one they had on the lot. We got the same great service and were not pushed to make a purchase. My wife ended buying a pre owned EX35 from another dealership but was happy to find out that it was always serviced at Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville since we live close to that location verses the Cochran Infiniti of South Hills. She could shoot up to Monroeville for an occasional car wash or whatever. I guess Cochran Infiniti is trying to better compete with Rohrich Lexus by having a dealership on West Liberty and one in the Wexford/ Pine Twp area just like Rohrich Lexus does. Much to our shock Cochran decided to close the Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville location and move it 45 minutes away to Wexford! I know that Wexford and Pine Township are wealthy areas but, you just took a crap on all of the loyal Infiniti owners in the eastern suburbs that supported that dealership when it was the only Infiniti dealership in western Pennsylvania! The whole reason we went with Infiniti was because the dealership was so close and going there didn't require dealing with the Squirrel Hill or Liberty Tunnel traffic to get there. I give Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville a FIVE star rating and Cochran for closing Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville ZERO star rating for deserting us eastern suburban owners and moving to Wexford.
