  • I couldn't have asked for a better experience ! Dr. Gilcrest and Alex were so caring and empathetic. Our 19yr old kitty was suffering and it was his time. They came, sat on the floor with my daughter who had to say good bye to her lifelong pet. Dr. Gilcrest explained everything to her, she was able to hold our kitty during the process and after he was gone, they sat quietly and patiently for quite some time while my daughter held him and cried. We were able to to have our goodbyes. When it was time to let go they were so gentle and they will deliver his ashes back to us personally. We will be using them for all our vet needs and couldn't recommend them more!
