So, my daughter wanted to add a piece to her bedroom set, so although I swore I hate this place and will never give them another penny, we bought a nightstand today.
My wife had them open the box before loading it and sure enough, it was messed up and she had to make them go get another one, and another. The middle drawer was all screwed up, then scratches on the next. Good thing she checked.
This place is cheap crap with no sense of quality. At least the guy working the loading dock was really nice. That's not enough to give them another chance. We sat at the dock for a full hour while they tried to come up with something acceptable.
Stay clear of this place if you want to get what you pay for.
Update:
Wow! Once we got home and I inspected it myself... The drawers were all screwed up. The bottoms weren't fully in the grooves and the sides were separating from the drawer front!
Tools you will need to fix what they can't get right:
Air compressor
Air nailer/stapler (and staples)
Wire cutters (to trim their shoddy staples that missed.)
Square (to align what they can't)
Rum/vodka/whiskey (to settle down after the frustration)
