  • A little gem in the dessert! Affordable, friendly staff, clean and centrally located in the West Valley. Really, what sets this place apart is the friendly and helpful staff. Having dealt with Antoinette Love, one of the managers, it's evident that the customer service attitude comes down from the top! Ms. Love is courteous, attentive and has a heart for service! This is our choice hotel for when we have events or activities in the West Valley. Ample rooms with a kitchenette is perfect for preparing team snacks, refreshments and just relax. If you have a team, I would highly recommend this location! We are forever grateful to Ms. Love for the courtesy she extended our team during this last stay! If it wasn't for her kindness, our team would not have been as prepared. It is this unique care for your customer that makes us repeat visitors! And we bring our team with us! Understand that any hotel will have minor issues, but if brought up to management nicely they will be addressed. However, if customer service is not a priority, it will reflect on everything else. Nothing could possibly go wrong in our stay that would diminish the exemplary service received from Ms. Love and her staff!
