Be Aware!
Dr. Rim Marcinkus is a conman, a scam artist, a rip-off and a fraud.
Based on my Groupon Botox experience:
* This is not a real location, he rents out a space behind a salon
* He has European girls "interning" monthly
* He convinced me to upgrade to another 20 units at the price of $150 (great deal if real)!
* Dr. left the room then returned with a full syringe of said product, I never witnessed the syringe being sterilized.
* Dr. Did not wear gloves while injecting needle.
* Never saw products label or contents, or any original packaging of said product. I did not see him fill the syringe of the liquid, this was all done in another room.
* The product used was watered downed.
* After 4 rough shots (should have been 8+ for 40 units) bleeding occurred on forehead, he took a paper towel and applied pressure, then handed me the paper towel, he left the room and said he was done, there weren't any sterilization bins to throw away the bloody paper towel.
* Dr. left room with needle and never returned.
