| - I've been to Cha Me Cha a few times in the past, the most recent visit being last week. It's safe to say that my first visit was the best one and then my opinion of Cha Me Cha has been gradually going down.
I'll start with the worst point first. The worst thing about Cha Me Cha is the service. Waitresses are downright rude and don't care to check up on you or take your order unless you call for them. And even when you do call for them, their attitude always seems a little sour. Answering questions seems to bother them a lot, and only half the time you get an answer, the other half, they leave you hanging. Food does arrive fast once ordered and I've never had issues with orders coming in wrong, which is good.
The food is pretty good though but has been consistently going up in price. My first visit (sometime last year or two years ago), I remember the snow ice was only 6.99! When I went last week, their price had been bumped to 9.99. Still not too much considering that dish is shareable but when you weigh in the fact that every person MUST order one dish (a rule I hate), it adds up. Menu is very large and extensive and they have a variety of snack foods, meals, drinks and desserts available to choose from. The organic teas are also quite nice.
I admire their presentation of the food, always looks so pretty, very Instagram-able :) I will most likely return considering the variety of snow ices they offer, but definitely not a first choice in my books.
