| - I unfortunately have to update my review here. It seems the place is becoming less and less customer-oriented. Twice in a row now we have had terrible service and they simply act as if they don't care. The first time, a group of us were there (8 people) and they took my order, but simply 'forgot' to make it. After bringing out 7 dishes for the table, the waitress asked if she could bring anything else. The table kinda went, huh??? Turns out the order was just dropped. I had to wait for my dish while the table ate. No comp, hardly an apology.
Last night, we again tried as a couple. My girl ordered the staple chicken/shrimp/asparagus while I ordered the garlic scallops. I commented on making it the combo and even discussed with the GF and waitress that we wanted the combo since it included rice and spring roll. When our food arrived, I was brought the dinner portion by THE SAME WAITRESS who now said "The combo was not offered on the menu for the garlic scallops". So she obviously just decided to change my order without my consent. I asked for the menu, to which she just went to the back and came out with a spring roll and rice, stating she was wrong, rather smugly. When our check arrived, they charged me the full dinner price (13.50) over the combo price (8.00) and 'comped' me the rice and spring roll. I explained my dissatisfaction to which I was told that I can complain to Albert (owner??). Me thinks I'd rather just find a new place. Too bad though, the food is great, but the service sucks.
