  • I am a huge fan of Apple and I have to say it's mostly always because of the service I receive. I'm not going to lie and say I haven't gone through a few iPads due to the slim features but have never had an issue with Apple care or my dealings with going to the Apple Store or getting replacements etc. Besides that point I will talk about this specific review. Went here during one of their busiest times, thanksgiving week. Had a gift card and wanted to get an additional charger cable as we have about 3 iPhones and 3 iPads in our house. They were packed. Even being packed we were helped working 5 minutes of us looking at their products wall. Not only that but the guy that was helping us was so informative and helpful not just about the charger but also about all the other products we inquired about (Christmas is coming up and was curious about the Bluetooth speakers, Apple TV etc) . He took care of the charger, with gift card, gave me my balance and was just very friendly and helpful. Love Apple!
