  • I talked to a Michelle Caldwell from the internet department on the phone on Monday. Explained what I was looking for and my credit wasn't the best. I had already done the authorized trade in cert for my car and she knew how much was left on my loan. Went down to the dealership to meet with her. Bruce came over and said she was busy with another customer and he would help us. Ok, no problem. Started to explain all over again and he said wait while he went and got my authorized trade in cert. Wife and I sat down and I told Bruce before we start anything let me explain my situation. I told him that I owed $17k on my 2013 and I pay $523/month and all I am trying to do is try to get my payments under $500 and he then interrupted me by saying "how do you think you're going to accomplish that?" Well, I said thank you for your time, looked at my wife and said let's go. Bruce looked irritated. I looked back and told him he just lost a customer and it went down hill from there. Instead of apologizing he was trying to justify his arrogance by saying he was just trying to find out all of the information. I told him if he just shut his mouth and didn't interrupt the customer that I was going to explain. He then asked me what I do for a living as if that was relevant, I told him something way better than what he does in which he replied "I make a lot of money at what I do". Making the bad situation even worse. I was pissed at the very poor customer service and how crappy I was being treated, and did I use a few expletives, you bet! Some other guy claiming to be a manager (who turns out to be the Used Car Director) comes out to try and mediate. Asks me what happened. So I try to explain and he interrupts me with a question. So they don't want to listen to the customer. They just want the customer to listen to them. Very poor customer service. I did receive an email yesterday from Michelle that did not pertain to my experience and in fact mentioned me looking at a vehicle I did not look at nor am I even familiar with. Offering other choices. I wrote back politely that the dealership lost my business and knowing how dealerships work that if I received any communications in the future I would pursue legal actions. I did CC the GM. Or at least the person listed as the GM on their website. Very disappointing!
