  • Our family (ourselves and Inlaws) have purchased a few vehicles from here, and we've always used the same person (Raul- hes great!). He is always patient and humorous (my husband is a harda** and Raul handles him in stride). Purchased a used Ford Explorer two days ago and so far, so good. Husband was 'hangry' and in a rush the day we went in for the purchase, and Raul is having us come in today to detail the vehicle and show us all of the features. Was financed through Ford Motor Credit, and we've had good luck with them with past vehicles. We did not purchase a warranty, so our vehicle is AS-IS. Nothing visibly wrong with it. Will update if this changes today, but I doubt it will. I'm looking forward to a squeaky clean car!
