  • I like phone shopping as much as I like getting teeth pulled and this place made it worse than that activity. Actually is was mostly the salesperson, Evan, who obviously hates his job and can't be bothered to even fake it. He was lazy and condescending. I went in to buy a new phone and to learn about the feature options. I am not a tech geek, I do not know the facts about the latest smart phones already and he was obviously bored with my dumb questions. He was not helpful nor forthcoming with information, I had to ask specific questions to get anything out of him. He let himself be interrupted by other customers without an apology. Didn't seem to care if I bought a phone or not so I left the store without one. I have chosen to buy one online instead. This is why brick and mortar stores are struggling.
