I heard rave reviews about this place from all over, so I decided to check it out. They win all the awards at the ASH events for having supposedly the best bar and restaurant in the valley.
Well... no. No way. I went in with a friend and they had around 15ish taps I believe. We didn't even get our 10th choice of beer. They were out of everything. I believe I had a choice between a porter and an insanely sweet 1.X% alcohol beer. I've never had a good porter out of 100+ tastes of them so I went with the fruit beer. It sucked, as expected. Sweet as candy.
The food was a step below mediocre. Soggy fries, soggy sandwich that was pouring grease. When I picked it up it tore in half. Like if you left bread in water for a few minutes.
This place blows. ASH is ridiculous for giving them any awards. No beer and bad food. How does that make it the best beer bar? I've never heard so many customer complaints from other tables before.
Did I mention it's a bar with no beer?
Review update: A guy claiming to be the owner of OSHO contacted me on Yelp to say they've never had fewer than 30 beers. You had TWO BEERS, sir. TWO. Your waitress was nice about it, but everybody in there was disappointed.
