I seriously will never buy anything from Sear's again!!! We paid a ton of money for top of the line appliances & the 800 number customer service has been very incompetent (on MULTIPLE occasions!). Our brand new front-loading washer was not working during the FIRST use!! It literally took me 8 times, calling the 800 # to try to request for a replacement w/o any luck. As a matter of fact, the 800 # was so unskilled and careless that I had to call the local Sears store & spoke to the original sales person that assisted me w/ my purchase in order to request for the replacement!! The annoying and brainless 800 # hung up on me each time they placed me "on hold."
