  • It's been nearly an hour since I was promised my full-size vehicle. Yes, it is Saturday night, but I would think that thy can clean a car within 15-20 minutes after receiving a request, however short staffed they might be. If I could give 0 star rating, I would. We still have to get dinner after much delayed flight, and have to drive another 3 hours to our hotel tonight. Not like there's any other customer waiting.
