Some friends and I rented a car to drive out to see the Hoover Dam while in town for her 40th birthday. When we opened the trunk, the molding that covers the lift gate came loose and fell on my wife's head. I raised this issue with their Twitter team twice and with the manager of this location once. He promised he'd follow up and has failed to do so. I gave Enterprise the opportunity to make it right and they did not care to do that. There are plenty of rental companies in Las Vegas, and next time I need a car for the day, I will look elsewhere.
EDIT 4/12/2018 I've provided this information to Enterprise Customer Care twice and gotten nowhere. Not doing it again.
