  • So I was racially Profiled at this location. I asked if there was a discounted tray and was told it was only at the outlet locations. So than I ask for the lower price tray from there the attendant takes out piece by piece. 2 white women walk over while I'm being serviced and she proceeds to answer their question losing focus on me. She even proceeds to service them and takes a whole tray out for them and not for me when I ask. After noticing I was not getting fair treatment I left. Did the employee feel because I'm African American I would steal their charms I can easily pay for? Why are white people treated with a high standard of service while me as an African American have to be hawk watch? Pandora lost my service today at the magnificent mile location. I really wish I would've gotten her name so I could report her to the company. I'm sure I'm not the first nor am I the only last African American shes treated that way. Irritated, pissed and upset.
