  • Just left here. Super disappointed. Have been coming in here for awhile now. Always see Mae. She is on vacation. Got some new guy named LARRY. Everything was fine until the end of my fill. I pointed out that there was paint around my cuticles. He started to get really sassy and smart mouthed and explained that it was gel and how it was hard to remove. I was like "well that isn't okay with me and Mae usually uses a pain brush and acetone to remove". He kept arguing with me over and over in a super sarcastic tone. I was with my kid and I finally said enough, I am done. He waves me away and said go, just go. I went to the front and looked at my nails and they were a wreck. He never wiped them off with alcohol. A basic requirement of gel nails. I had to be taken to another person to finish. He was loud and rude and told me to "get out of here!". I asked to speak to Mae and was told she wasn't available. Then the girls told me this LARRY guy was the NEW MANAGER. what? Even my son who is 15 was like, that guy was super rude mom. Don't come back here any more. I have literally gone here numerous times with zero issues. If Larry is the new manager, I'm out. I asked for square, they are round, the polish is on my cuticles and skin, and the nails are dull. Not shiny like gel. Never again. Avoid Avoid. Majestic my ass. I'll pass and so should you.
