| - My husband and I love this gym.
Prior to trufusion, I was always been a traditional gym type of girl. I would run 20 minutes; do 3 sets with 10-15 reps of weights. Then call it a day. Well, I got board of that routine, and over the lack of respect over at gold's gym (our prior gym). So we tried out trufusion.
They let you try the gym for 1 week for 7 dollars. Highly recommend this, since it allows you to experience various teachers and different classes.
Having been here for 6 months now, I can say my favorite are the barefoot bootcamp (even though it's in a hot room which I hate). TRX classes taught by janelle, Christina, Jane. Tru circuit-by martin or christina. Beginners yoga by Jacqueline, vinyasa by Jennifer Knox. And if I have a particular death wish one day...I take the battle ropes and kettle bell classes. Epic. You will be sore.
Not a fan of the Pilates classes, simply because I sweat my body weight in them but don't seem to get sore muscles. (Others swear by them, I don't care for them).
It is more pricy than other basic gyms, but every workout is taught by a trained professional ensuring that your form is perfect. For the minimized risk injury I recommend this place.
