Southwest airlines lost my baggage yesterday 9/2/2016 on my way back to Phoenix from St. Louis. To add insult to injury, the customer service representative "supervisor" Carla refused to take the report when i called in the incident. She tricked me by asking me for my credit card number like she was going to use it to pull up my information and then after I provided it she then again refused to assist again. Needless to say I was hysterical by the time I got off of the phone with her. I have alerted my credit card company to what she has done and also written a letter to the CEO of Southwest. My baggage was finally recovered by a very kind soul in Phoenix named Peggy. The company I work for uses Southwest a lot for our flights, however, after this experience I am going to ask that they be taken off of the list of airlines we use. Never again will I fly Southwest. Customer service stinks! Carla, if that is even her real name should be terminated. I will keep you posted if she tries charging anything using my credit card.
