  • My husband and I just were just turned away by massage1 after being told we must have made a mistake and booked with a different place, it was only after my husband saw our names on his clip board (right in front of him that he apparently couldn't find) that he admitted we were at the right place but they cancelled our appointment without telling us. I called and booked a couples massage on Saturday for Monday and they took my email address and phone number which the woman on the phone read back to me and said we'll see you on Monday that was that or so I thought. Once the receptionist knew he had been caught out he said oh I see your name now and explained that the receptionist from Sunday tried to call me and I didn't answer so they cancelled the appointment! I never got a missed call or an email and I only made the appointment 2 days ago and the woman I booked with never told me I had to call the next day to confirm. He just said well we require confirmation and that was it, no offer to book us back and no real apology. We just moved to Henderson and we're looking for a new place to have our weekly massages we need due to injury and they have just lost us. What a terrible way to run a business.
