  • Update: Unfortunately I have to say that the customer service has gone way downhill. My mother ordered a large drink but the barista made her a small. They were very rude in the way that they informed us that it was going to be an additional $1.32. It would have been fine to have to pay the extra, but their attitudes were not pleasant, especially when the error was on their part. The drinks were subpar as well, they were not mixed well. We will probably be looking for another coffee spot to frequent. We are regulars here at Desert Eagle since moving here to AZ from Alaska (by way of Portland.) The staff is always super friendly and even if there's a long line of people, you get your drink pretty quickly. I definitely miss some of the baristas who have since left Desert Eagle, and the taste of the drinks can vary from barista to barista, but overall this is a great place to stop for coffee, smoothies or Italian sodas.
