  • Sure wish I could give them negative 100 stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Over 10 hours on the telephone over the last 4 days. Internet still doesn't work. What a joke. They should have sent somebody out last week and still nobody. I have screen shots from all the times I was on hold and speaking with someone. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER use CenturyLink!!!!!!!
