  • Called about my office building, was told I would get a call back to make an appointment in 3-5 business days. 3 weeks later, no call. So I called back and when I finally got someone on the phone he acted like I had never called, but then started describing my issue (so he did know that I called) and stated that my type of problem is to expensive for them to fix and they won't take it on, but this company did not have the professional courtesy to call me back. They just decided they didn't want to do it and left me hanging with no call backs.
