  • For the last few months, we have known the end was approaching for our nearly 15 year old Wheaten Terrier, Preston. When it finally came time to make the difficult decision, we were so thankful to find Journeys Home Pet Euthanasia. We really appreciated the Journeys Quality of Life Scale which helped us to confirm that it was the right time for us to say our final goodbye. From our first interaction with Dr. Katie, she made the process as smooth as possible. We are comforted knowing that Preston was at peace through to the end. He fell asleep while eating ice cream and cheese whiz. Dr. Katie was so gentle and kind with him through the process. We will miss him dearly, but are thankful that someone like Dr. Katie was here to help. We would highly recommend her to any other pet owner facing this difficult decision.
