  • I don't ever leave negative reviews, but I have to say something. I usually go to a Chapman jeep, but I was trying to save the drive as Prestige is much closer to me and it was a easy service. I dropped my Rubicon off at the scheduled appointment two days ago. I told them exactly what problem was(a fix that takes one hour tops). I was then told that I shouldn't wait, but "worst case scenario, they may have to keep the jeep overnight". I waited for an hour and a half for the shuttle. After getting home, I received the robo-text saying who my service writer was etc. That night I had heard nothing else so responded to the text asking for an update. The response was "yes we need to keep it overnight, I'll let you know tomorrow when we find out what the problem is". I replied, "just FYI, I actually told you guys what the exact problem was, and I was told that "worst case scenario blah blah blah...so I guess I'll wait to hear from you" I received no response. The next day I sent a text at noon asking for a update. I was then told my vehicle was taking longer then expected, And he'd update me ASAP. I heard nothing all day and this morning went to the dealership to pick up my jeep. I told him my name and that I was picking up my jeep. He searched for paperwork and couldn't find anything. I said I know you haven't done anything to my jeep as it hasn't moved out of its parking spot in two days. There was no apology or explanation given at all. I told him I'll take care of it myself or take it someplace else. All of that being said I understand being busy etc but the blatant disregard for communication is what really irked me. The only nice things I can say is he didn't argue with me. He disappeared into the garage and someone pulled my jeep around. Oh, and the lady scheduling my appt(two weeks ago) was delightful, and helpful. Do your self a favor and take your business and money elsewhere.
