  • Never use these guys, giving them 1 star sickens me, I wish I could give them 0! I called at 9 am to make an appointment at 11:30 am for a pickup in Fort Mill SC. Which is where they are based. Nobody calls, it's 11:36 am and nobody is here so I call and they say sorry someone will be there in 30 minutes. It's 12:32 pm. nobody shows so I call back. They say someone will be there in 30 minutes, Someone arrives at 1:35 pm and says they can't tow my car because the tire is flat and too low (which means he is lazy, we all know what wonders a 2x4 can do). He says a flat bed is 30 minutes away, but I've heard this before so I call the dispatcher and only agree to accept their services at a reduced price. She said the owner already gave me a reduced price of $93, Which is the original price they gave me. Does $93 dollars for a coupe sound like a discount? No. I asked to speak to the owner and the dispatcher put me on hold, 5 minutes later the dispatcher said the owner wasn't going to reduce the price, but he would call me back. He never did. dont ever use USA Towing from Fort Mill SC. Save yourself a headache and hours of your time.
