| - I had very high expectations for this restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is more professional than any other seafood restaurant in the area (Drew was amazing), and the quality of the fish was fantastic. So five stars, right? Not quite. They appeared to have thrown their lot in with the asian style of seasoning, but unfortunately for our tastes, they are a little heavy handed. I couldn't really appreciate the taste of the fresh fish because the flavors added by the chef were so strong. I really like Pacific Rim Cuisine, but for the prices on the menu, the balance should have been spot on. I think they are just trying a little too hard to be interesting, but the recipes need a little more tweaking. Don't get me wrong, I was very happy with the whole experience, and if I go back, I will probably choose to have the sauce on the side! Check it out and see what you think...
