  • I have been a pt at Redemption since mid-2014. First it was a psych Dr there, then I waited for new pt visit w a therapist. My therapist is very kind, professional, and does care!! My concerns are: seems possibly high turnover rate of office girls at front check-in. Also, many times there are lines, sometimes going out the door if we hadn't wrapped around inside, cramped. They will be scheduling future appts w pts(patients), or letting some person go on & on about some kind of billing qualm... all the while we are waiting to be checked in- and of course lose time w our therapist/Dr, etc. I don't like that at all. Also, have had quite a few billing issues & once when rescheduling an appt the girl did the wrong appt date. So I missed my appt- not due to me. Also- I'm sure, as per usual, this review will end up "not recommended".
