  • Called for information about an iPhone repair. Sounded great and quoted me a price of $99.00. Told me to make an appt on-line. When I arrived I was greeted by a smug apple employee. Then met with my igenius. He smugly informed me that it would cost double that amount. Acted like I am dense. Although that may be so, I was told incorrect information over the phone, yet I was treated as the dummy. Sorry. Never again.
