  • After a traumatizing blood draw experience at a different vet I was really nervous about getting our blood work done again. The staff was very kind and gentle with my shy dog. The vet tech had no problem getting down on the floor and taking my dog Temp, pulse, and respiration while he was still in his carrier. I told them that my dog usually screams bloody murder and flails when restrained. They listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. They draped a towel over his face, gently picked him up, and took him for his blood draw. I didn't hear one peep out of him and it only took them about 5 minutes! All the other vets he has seen have taken much much longer to draw blood. The blood work was more expensive than other places we have been but it was worth it to deal with such compassionate, competent people! They called us right away with his results and gave us follow up suggestions. It was very easy to schedule an appointment just a few days out. We will definitely be using this vet again!
