If you are arriving at this station as a VIA Passenger looking to transfer to Go Transit, it's extremely easy. It's a fairly small station, there is no way you can get lost. The station itself is situated in suburbia so there are lots of fast food options and a few grocery stores for grabbing a bite to eat if you have time to kill.
The biggest turn off about this station is that the VIA part is closed for a fairly large portion of the afternoon. This means everyone waiting for a train is crammed in the Go Transit side which is extremely small with one single stall washroom.
My sister and I discovered this in the middle of February when it was freezing. I now know to spend my time at one of the restaurants nearby and not outside in the freezing cold.
