  • We've been to Vegas about 15+ times always have stayed at Aria, Cosmopolitan and a few at PH. This time we decided to give The MGM a try but what a huge mistake. Horrible customer service they didn't handle our concern well. They rather please themselves than a guest, others hotels might be a few extra dollars but worth it. We will never be back to the MGM.
