  • If there was an option of less than one star i would give it. APS is the worst. They add random fees to your account and don't explain why, it takes HOURS to get in touch with them on the phone, they don't send your bill and then try to charge you late fees and their automated phone system is a nightmare. If you are lucky enough to have another power company option, go with them!
