| - I attended the ribbon cutting ceremony / sneak peek of the store this afternoon, and then did a little shopping. Overall, I was slightly disappointed in the layout and size of the store. I expected it to be a lot bigger than it was, and I also found it hard to find things. Granted, it might have been that it was just too chaotic because of the opening day crowd, and I just couldn't find everything I was looking for because of the hordes of people everywhere. I also thought that some of the prices were good, but in some instances, some of the items were a bit on the expensive side. They do have a lot of organic and natural food items, but they also have a lot of conventional items as well. I was expecting a restaurant area also, but the only things I saw to eat were freshly made pizzas, and a sandwich counter. One thing that I liked was that they had three flavors of draft kombucha on tap (you can even fill a growler full of kombucha). I'll be back again to check it out, and hopefully it won't be so crowded next time, so I can spend more time looking around.
