  • So we had a really slow start with some miscommunication. Mistakes made rooms, rooms not getting done, etc. I will admit that my house is not the easiest because I only wanted them to do some rooms and not others (because my roommates don't keep a clean room). I will say this however they made it right. Not only by offering a credit but by actually offering to come back out. Since then they have been perfect. The come to my home without me home and I have never had anything out of order. One of the nice things about working with a big chain is that bill pay is easier and there employees have quality assurance. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
